A seperate google news sitempat plugin does exist, BUT i’m not sure if it is compatible with 2.7

However, I LOVE Google XML Sitemaps by Arne Brachhold. It would be awesome if this plugin could be enhanced with the option of generating a “google news” compatible sitemap.
You can create and edit a robots.txt file that can prevent indexing of your site.
There are several resources on the net to learn how to do this. Here are a couple:

You can also manually remove your site from google using webmaster tools:
