In reply to: [WooCommerce] database going back to 2.5.5 after 2..6.x updateI’ll check the log but please note that I’ve completely removed woocommerce from my site using the option in the tools and directly installed the latest version. I’m guessing the DB updater is not needed then. Is that correct?

Update seemed succesful but having the exact same issue again.
During checkout selecting a country makes the page hang and after that all sessions are killed and system status reverts to database version 2.5.5

The weird thing is that after changing the country during checkout something seems to crash and it hangs. Also all sessions in workpress are killed and I need to log on again. After this the status page no longer shows 2.6 and I see the messages about upgrading the database again.

I got the error that it couldn’t launch the updater.
After a while I do get a message the the database was updated and it shows the correct version on the status page. However, when placing an order it seems to crash when changing the country on checkout. My session is also lost and after that the status page shows the old db version again. Also the notification to update the database is back now.
Very strange indeed.
