I just tried to add the images in the gallery folder via FTP with Filezilla. I also manually created the thumbs folder, putting in all the pictures, adding ” thumbs_ ” before the name. By doing so, you see thumbnails. I had to manually create the folder “dynamic” putting in one of the pictures I uploaded.
Doing everything manually, and adding the shortcode on my site, the album cover you see, but if I click on the album, he says he does not find the images. After all that, I understand that the plugin is not able to create and read properly the images you upload.@photocrati – I tried to do several things :
1) I disabled all plugins, but the problem still persists; so they are not plugins.
2) I tried to change the look, putting the range of WP basic themes ( Twenty Fourteen – Fifteen – Sixteen ), but the problem still persists; so they are not themes.
3) I tried to clean my browser cache ( I do not use plugins that manage the cache ), but the problem still persists; so it’s not the cache.
I do not know what else to try; before the upgrade, I could upload pictures properly, now, since the last update, I can not load any image, including those that I loaded with the previous version of the plugin.
I leave an image to see better.
