The point is that if i past shortcode from their plugin on widgets and I provide emial and adress, then click subscribe the site doesn’t reload just gives message please check email – so I think it’s ajax. The same shortcode I past in your plugin, but this time it does not work right, no message after subscribe button clicked, only site reload, and no activation mail send either. So is it really issue with their plugin?
Their shortcode works in widgets and sites or posts, but after pasting in Easy Heads Up Bar it doesn’t work, just site reload after clicking subscibe.
