do you know how to take the “just another wordpress” off of the browser tab?

I changed the id#logo but no luck.
I also deleted the images from the FTP and then re-uploaded them to make sure they had fully downloaded. I triple checked the image paths but nothing seems wrong with the images.
when i put the image url in a web address i also got a 404 error. what do you suggest?
