In reply to: [Order Splitter for WooCommerce] Order splittHi Fahad,
Thanks for the update. Unfortunatly I do not see any difference. The meta is still in the main shop language instead of the second language in which the order is made.
regards,

In reply to: [Order Splitter for WooCommerce] Order splittHi Fahad,
Just tested the updated free version. Unfortunatly, it’s still the same.
The order is not 100% cloned. The order notes do have a different language (default site language) instead of the customer order language. Also the PDF is in the default site language. In the original order it’s in the customer language.regards,

I’ll ask my customer to pay for the plugin. Because it’s Sunday now, the earliest answer I can get is on Monday.
Thanks so far!

In reply to: [Advanced Order Export For WooCommerce] Can’t export single day in XLS formatHi Alex,
See my previous reply. The ‘=’ sign in the customer note is the problem.
By removing the ‘=’ sign at the customer note at the shipping details, I was able to export the order of june 4th in XLS without any problems. You pointed me to the right directions.
Is this a bug in the plugin?Regards,
Roland

In reply to: [Advanced Order Export For WooCommerce] Can’t export single day in XLS formatHi Alex,
Thanks for your quick response. I don’t have access to the Nginx logs, but i checked the CSV file.
Maybe this is something XLS has a problem with this:
“Customer Note” -> = Buren, hebben een sleutel (translated as = neigbours, have a key)Note the ‘=’ sign.
On your other question, We do see the progressbar first, but after a second of 4, we do see the empty error message.

Roland

In reply to: [Price Based on Country for WooCommerce] Wrong price with different tax-rateHi Oscar,
Yes, that’s what i’ve did (please see my previous post).
This looks like it’s right, but it isn’t. The tax calculation is wrong.
Should be: 369 :100 x19 = 70,11
Is now: 58,92
I’m missing 3% Tax!!The amount of tax is listed on the invoices, so it’s important this is calculated correctly.

Roland

All translated from Dutch:
– Shop base country -> The Netherlands
– Price entered with tax -> Yes, I want prices including Taxes
– Display prices in shop -> Including Taxes

In reply to: [Price Based on Country for WooCommerce] Wrong price with different tax-rateHi Oscar,
I’ve installed PBC 1.6.2. The version which works correct for me is version 1.5.8.
I’ll try to understand it.
So I have to put a different price at the products page in WooCommerce then is shown on the website for the countries who have a different tax-rate then the default 21% ??
Example:
369:119×121 = 375,20. Shop-price is listed as 369.This looks correct but the calculation of the tax is wrong.
Should be: 369 :100 x19 = 70,11
Is now: 58,92
I’m missing 3% Tax!!The amount of tax is listed on the invoices, so it’s important this is calculated correctly.
The price for the German customers (19%) have to be listed as €369
