In reply to: Blogs Displaying HTMLI’m using the Tesseract theme which contains a blog module. The only other thing I’ve added to the page is the purple bit at the top with the text MAKE LIFE EASIER. I must stress that this worked okay until Sunday.

In reply to: Blogs Displaying HTMLThank you for your reply 🙂 It’s the blog page. I removed it about an hour ago because it looks really bad. I’ve just added it back and you can view it here – http://quinnsne.co.uk/blog-10/ Also, if you click on the heading of a blog, the display is all wrong too. I’ve tried changing themes and that doesn’t make a difference so it isn’t a problem with the theme.

Hi Ben. I’ve used page builder on my post which is fine. I’ve also used it on the blog page. I added my first post to that page two weeks ago and it was fine. I created another post yesterday using page builder and added that to the blog page as well. I hope I’ve explained that OK? Am I right in understanding that I can use page builder on pages and posts but can’t add them together unless I upgrade?
Yvonne
Can you tell me how I should proceed please? Do I need to delete my blog page and create another one?
Sorry Ben, I answered this hours ago but have just realised I just replied to the email!
The first blog post was published to that page 2 weeks ago with no problems. Is it because I’m trying to add another post to the same page?
Yvonne
Hi Ben
I created a page called Blog and then set it under Settings > Reading > Posts Page?
I’ve just cleared the cache but it hasn’t made any difference.
The URL is http://quinnsne.co.uk/blog-3/
Thank you.

I did as you suggested and then asked for the error log. The error occurred at 10.17 am. I hope this helps?

In reply to: Help! i can't access the menu tab at all, no matter what theme I useThanks James.
All plugins have been deactivated and it still doesn’t work. I switched to the Twenty Sixteen theme and that didn’t work either. I then changed the name of .htaccess file but that didn’t work.
I contacted my hosting provider and asked for the server error log and he provided me with the following:
