If you are familiar with, you can try to execute this select statement to your wordpress database:

select a.meta_id, a.post_id, a.meta_key, a.meta_value, b.post_title
		from wp_postmeta as a join wp_posts as b on a.post_id = b.id
		where a.meta_key = 'ratings_score'
		order by a.post_id;

Look if you get any output!

And Postratings Plugin work correctly??

Have checked now, i have no problems using PostRagings 1.74 !

As fas as i could get out average is normally calculated by score divided by users. So its ok that score=users×average

Its clear that at a new post score is 0. For you its only important to maintain average value(its the star value) and may be the user value. If a post was never rated you have to maintain the user value because it can not be zero.

So tell me, whats the problem now?

And your actually problem is that you don´t can change the scores!? Whats the problem there?
