There was no error message. I went through to SG support and was advised to disable Defer Render blocking JS in the Frontend Optimization settings. I did this and the Woocommerce For Square payments is now working fine. Unfortunately my GT metrix score has now dropped to 62% for Defer parsing of Javascript which isn’t so great!
