Could you check actions under WooCommerce – Status – Scheduled Actions if those have any errors listed in the table next to them? The actions are:
–pinterest-for-woocommerce-start-feed-generation
–pinterest/jobs/generate_feed/chain_batch
–pinterest/jobs/generate_feed/chain_start
–pinterest/jobs/generate_feed/chain_end
Also, there are Logs under WooCommerce – Status- Logs calledpinterest-for-woocommerce-product-sync. Those should have some details listed.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Pinterest for WooCommerce] Exessively Sized Tmp Filewe have customers with real 6GB product feeds, so limiting by size is not possible. Temp file is needed, because Pinterest may access your main feed file at any time and we don’t want it to happen at the same time while we are rewriting it.
Out of your system report, I see you have 1.4.12 version of Pinterest for WooCommerce installed. Did you update it since then? If not, could you update the extension? 1.4.13 got better at logging on scheduled action failures. Most likely, feed generation action gets stuck for some reason and keeps pushing the same products to the feed again and again. 200 products doesn’t sound like a lot, and it is definitely not a big text file.

How many products do you have in store? Simple and variable ones.
P.S. Those logs you sent do not affect feed generation in any way, those 400s are errors from Pinterest, which fail to give you ad credits.Forum: Plugins

If you could check for any recent errors logged and pass the logs to me it would help me to understand the cause of the issue faster.

Did you talk to Pinterest regarding this issue? If you did not, I’ll talk to them, but I may need your Pinterest Advertiser ID, or any other information Pinterest may need to find your account and study the case.
Also, I would like to see your Pinterest for WooCommerce logs, but I do not think it is a good idea to share them here on a public forum.
Could you find me (@purplelemur) on wordpress.slack.com slack? Instruction on how to get there are here https://make.wordpress.org/chat/

In reply to: [Pinterest for WooCommerce] cant connect my accountHello, @aprilhopecg !
Could you be more specific, please? I mean, after what step you got this error message. After Pinterest connection wizard (at the last step when redirecting back to your website)?
Could you send me some screens?
Thank you!
Hello, @iliafrescocom !
Did you try the link from the “parent” thread? https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ajLVVZp665kixoaZQR_6UQYw0s377UoW/view?usp=share_link
Obviously, we let the bug in because of requirements change, and we fixed it with version 1.4.10, which we are going to release today. The link above has a pre-release version, which is not much different. Two people got the issue fixed by installing that version. If it will not work for you, let’s work together to solve the problem.
The “catalogue already connected” option during onboarding is somewhat misleading. I had a talk with Pinterest (the onboarding is served from Pinterest domain), and they said it is about Product Sync On/Off. That is why if you select it and then enable the Product Sync, the new feed will be created.
We will work with them to solve that, change the wording, or introduce a different handling logic, but that is what it is for now.

In reply to: [Pinterest for WooCommerce] XML File is empty.Hello, @psychojava !
Those errors you see are errors we import from Pinterest after Pinterest got your feed and went through the items to detect what it does not like. Some Errors may seem nonsense, but we will work with Pinterest to identify them better.
If it may help you better, there is a list of the same errors at Pinterest. You could find it by following the link to your Pinterest account: https://www.pinterest.com/business/catalogs/diagnosticsv2/
On that page you will have to selectec a proper datasource you want to see diagnostics for and it will show you errors/warnings if any, and, ossibly, the exact items IDs. May shed some light on the issues and how to fix them.
Regarding those errors
