Thanks, Dustin, that is EXACTLY what it needed! Don’t you hate it when something this simple is not included in the basic documenation of the plugin? I’m constantly amazed how designers spent countless hours making a cool plugin and then about 2 minutes writing it up!
to MichaelH: thanks for the link but it doesn’t answer his question (nor mine). This plugin claims to protect pages/posts from SPECIFIC USERS and I cannot find a way to do this. Period. Therefor, it’s no good. Correct?
Same thing happening here.
Assign the “Author” role to new subscribers and they will be able to write their own posts. Go to Settings > General and find the item “New User Default Role.”
