It looks like it is working now. It is showing the correct theme on the mobile on the home page as well.

WP Super cache
I went to plugins, clicked on setting for super cache, then clicked delete cache at the top, just now.
Is that how, or is it something else?
Sorry for the dumb question but how do I clear my caching plugins cache?
I deactivated all plug ins but it is still showing.
It seems to be flipping back and forth between the two. The homepage i showing the old fullby theme. It’s blue with a different layout, but if I click on a article or video it will show the 2014 theme.
I cleared cookies and cache also.
