Does the theme affect admin settings?
I’m seeing the same problem after a few re-installs:
This plugin admin template could not be found: /templates-admin/options.phpWordPress 3.3.2
I’ve checked the paths and options.php is in the templates-admin directory

I installed the plugin and it doesn’t do exactly what I am looking for, it only adds a glossary term.
But this brings me hope. There’s got to be a way to search out text strings and convert them into pre-defined links.
where the term “Lindsay Loan” automatically gets converted to the hyperlink http://yoursite.com/?s=Lindsay+Lohen
