Thanks for the links/hints. The “problem” is ok for me because 1000+ rows are way too much in general for a blog entry – I just noticed it while testing.
The interesting thing is, that the truncation seems to be not deterministic, e.g. the number of truncated rows varies – perhaps it’s really some PHP memory management problem (I tested it with different browsers, all indicating the same problem).
