Hm… I tested at my dev site with Twenty Seventeen and work OK – content (top and bottom) show at page, also when page is selected as homepage. Maybe Your theme use something special – custom post type or something like that.
Or do you mean the archive page, with a list of recent posts?

Check out the new version – it should work (exclude some page, ID with comma separated).

OK, You can block site.
This – exclude some page – requires adding a new option to the plugin. I can add it, but I not promise that it will be “today”. You may temporarily disable for all pages (leaving only for post).

For clarity: You/forum use some standard WordPress page or custom post type?
You want exclude some page (not all, and not post)?

When I remove my plugin I have info “This order is no longer editable.”

What options You want edit? I test now WP 4.7.4 and WC 3.0.4 and looks like it works (without the plugin the order with status “complete” is not editable, with plugin is editable).
