this is a good solution for small results, but it won’t work with many records and result pagination, because it requires to get all results into PHP first.
try plugin post thumbnail editor

but you will have to crop each thumbail manually anyway.
Automatic crop always do a mess from time to time.

Why developers ignore me? How to resolve this problem? Or i can hope that resolve will be in next version ?
