Thanks for the help @rur165 ,

Reached out to their developers to double check what the extension does exactly. Isn’t exactly clear if it only shows the current number of active carts, or if it can also show what is in the carts.

Will update thread as soon as I get a response from the devs.

When will an update be coming out to resolve this issue?

Currently going on 3 weeks of my mobile menu not looking correct.

I can confirm that after removing Yoast from my website, Google has had no trouble reaching the robots.txt file on the server. My Google Shopping Ads have been re-approved now that the crawlers can do their job again. Not sure of the reason, but since the last update, the configuration of my theme/plugins must have conflicted with Yoast.

It’s likely I am not the only person who encountered this error. However, due to the more advanced nature of this issue, chances are less experienced users of WordPress may not even realize it is occurring.

Might be beneficial to see if you guys could recreate the issue to identify what went wrong and how prevalent the issue may be.

Did not fix the issue. All the ads have been disapproved again. Is there a way to revert to a previous version of the plugin to see if that fixes it.

    1. I am using version 15.9.2 currently.

    2. Yes, all up to date.

    3. Yes, WordPress is updated to version 5.7.

    4. The file only reads:

    User-agent: *
    Disallow:

    Edit:
In case you have others who experience the same issue, I can confirm my change to the robots.txt file is a viable workaround. I can see Google has been able to successfully crawl a couple of the products since the change and turned the shopping ads back on. I suspect over the next 48 hours the products will all end up back active as they get crawled again.

Any ideas regarding what caused this originally would still be appreciated. Yoast is the only sitemapping tool I have on my website.

Noticed the same issue on my clients website. Other than that, the theme works perfectly and I am very happy with it’s functionality.

If you could release an update that corrects the issue that would be very appreciated.

    Thanks guys!

Thanks @alekv for the quick response, I appreciate your help. I can confirm your plugin is compatible with CartFlows.

An order came through and I can see it registered the conversion/communicated the order value properly in my Google Ads shopping campaign. There was another order placed shortly after that did not come from Google Ads. It was rightfully skipped over and not registered as a conversion in Google Ads. Looks like everything is working perfectly, awesome plugin!
