You can try using your hosting IP address in the “host” field to connect in place of the one in the configuration settings. This has worked for me in the past.

Hi @kaityf
You can use a redirection plugin when you make these types of changes or delete pages. This way you will not hurt your SEO if the pages are indexed in google.
If it is a fairly new page it may not be indexed yet but it is best practice to redirect.
