I did delete the cache several times. Which URL did you use to view the site?
When you use http://www.thepowdergroup.com/tpg ==> the site renders correctly.
It’s when you use http://www.theartistsummit.com ==> site renders incorrectly and shows the header with a title and the images are not responsive, although I added css for it to display correctly in mobile view.
