I’m having this same issue. CF7 v 5.9.8 w/ reCATPCHA keys set previously installed and working. Conditional Fields v 2.4.15 was installed today. Forms that worked fine before installation of Conditional Fields no longer work. I’m getting the orange box error message. If I remove the reCAPTCHA keys from CF7 they work correctly.
More testing has revealed that sometimes it will submit the form and sometimes it errors out. Is it possible this is related to the amount of movement on the screen, or reCAPTCHA verification? I think I’ve proven that if it doesn’t submit, I can scroll around a few times and re-submit.
