So I used this code from that page in the style.css sheet
.wp-caption p.wp-caption-text {
font-size:11px;
line-height:17px;
margin:0;
padding:0 4px 5px;
}
And I change the font size and nothing happened.

Smaller font, and have them horizontal instead of vertical. I don’t get that part. Who came up with the idea of making footers vertical?
