As I can see you have used the Max mega menu. You can check into its settings. Please follow these steps:
Mega menu > Menu themes > Mobile Menu> Responsive Breakpoint.Here you can set 980px for mobile menu. Let us know if you get any issues. Thanks.

You have missed one closing curly braces ‘}’ in media query custom CSS it should be like this:@media (max-width: 768px) { .header-top { display: block; } }Due to this, the custom CSS we have provided for the Instagram icon is not working. Please check and let us if it worked for you or not. Thanks.
