Nearly the same question but in german language.
If I try to activate the Plugin the following page tries to open:
http://localhost/wordpress/wp-admin/plugins.php?action=activate&plugin=wp-e-commerce%2Fwp-shopping-cart.php&plugin_status=all&paged=1&s&_wpnonce=f0464c32f8
but couldn’t be displayed “Die Seite kann nicht angezeigt werden.”
I think this Problem results out of installing wordpress via xampp.
Did you fix it? / How can I fix it?
