We are also experiencing a similar problem. The popup doesn’t close when the close button is clicked.
This issue doesn’t happen all the time and we couldn’t replicate it. It has happened to us few times in the last 2 weeks.
It happened on Chrome version 43.0.23. running on Windows 8. Also once on Windows 7.
We are using the latest version of the plugin.
Please check and let us know the status of it.
