The user will be added to the order notes with his name.
We definitely will consider adding the details that you mention to the orders on those screens.Sorry to hear that you have the security check alert. That appends when you try to work with the admin panel and the driver panel in the same browser.
The driver panel is for the delivery drivers to access it from their mobile without logged in as an administrator to the admin panel.If you want to be logged in as an administrator and to be able to check the delivery driver panel on the same device, try working with two different browsers.
But definitely, we will improve this alert to be more clear what the problem is.

We are very happy to read your feedback.Your suggestions are already in developing progress for the premium version of this plugin.
If you ask why not in the free version that’s because in the free version only admin users can assign delivery drivers to orders, and on the premium version, both admin users and delivery drivers can assign orders, and there it’s very important to know who assigned it.
About your second suggestion, we want to offer a different process flow as a premium feature, the flow includes this new status.I am going to mark this as “resolved” but if you have any more comments, feel free to reach out to us again.
