Thank you for your feedback, we currently do not support custom post types in our Po.st sharing widget.
We will notify our team of this development request.

Hello,
I see the Po.st buttons to the left-hand side of your page. I clicked and they seemed to be working.
What is happening when you clicks the buttons and which browser are you using? Any screenshots would also be helpful.
Thank you,
Po.st SupportHello,
We are actually a social sharing widget plugin and aren’t able to help you with any request regarding your post category page.
I recommend you open a general support thread in the WordPress community.

Po.st SupportHello,
Thank you for noticing. We are in contact with WordPress to update our version and are currently doing testing on which version of WordPress it works 100% okay in.
Thank you,
Po.st SupportHi Nadia,
Sorry, but we are not a module or plugin for that particular function in WordPress, we are a social sharing widget. Good luck in your searches!

Hello,
Currently Po.st doesn’t support multiple sites with one login.
You can use the same publisher key for all of your sites, but the statistics for each site will be grouped into one dashboard and you won’t be able to differentiate each one unless looking at the specific URL that was shared.
We recommend creating a publisher key for each site in order to keep the stats separate and accurate for each entity.
Thank you,

Po.st SupportHello,
Our widget does not have the ability to set up background ad units. They are all shown within the after share ad unit that displays when a user shares your content on your site.
We can help you customize what ad shows there if you would like. Please reply back if you would like that.
Thank you,
Po.st SupportHi Roy,
For the first question, you are correct, you do not need to also install the plugin to your site.
For the second question, you can use the Facebook Open Graph Meta Tags in the <head> of your page.
This is the tag specifically that you can use:
<meta property=”og:image” content=”Image URL Here”/>Our widget should pick up that code.
Thank you,
Po.st SupportHi Satyaki,
For your Po.st code, we have two parameters you can add that will pull the unique URL and Title of the post instead of the page. Here are the two you need to add to your po.st <div>
pw:url=”<?php the_permalink(); ?>” pw:title=”<?php the_title(); ?>”
It would look something like this:
<div class=”pw-widget” pw:url=”<?php the_permalink(); ?>” pw:title=”<?php the_title(); ?>”>
…Po.st buttons…
</div>Let us know if that works, thank you.
Po.st SupportHello,
It is possible to place the buttons in a different area by doing a direct integration into your .php template files and not through our plugin.
You can check out the code to copy and paste in your template here.
We currently don’t have any php snippets ready to place in a loop.php file. Which template are you using?
Thank you
Hi SusiSchuele,
Can you tell me where on your site you activated the plugin? Was it on individual blog posts or pages or the homepage?
Thank you,
Po.st SupportHi SusiSchuele,
Thank you for your request. We will look into that specific template and get back to you as soon as we find an answer.
Thank you,
