Hello, I have added the code you send me to the ‘functions.php’-file in the directory wp-content/themes/generatepress, and now I always get the error HTTP ERROR 500…

I have 3 functions.php files in my root directory:
- public_html/wp-content/plugins/amazon-auto-links-pro/include/v2/template/column/functions.php. (9 KB)
- public_html/wp-content/plugins/amazon-auto-links-pro/include/v2/template/column/functions.php (668 b)
- public_html/wp-content/plugins/amazon-auto-links-pro/include/v2/template/column/functions.php. (699 b)
How is that possible? And which one do I have to edit?

Okay, strange that your mail is in the “spam” folder! (and at 4:30 am today…) European time… So that’s not so long ago.
I have 133 Auto Amazon Pro Links – units: 1 is a category, and all the others have a unit of “Product Search”. So, that is 132 pages/posts not working anymore. What can I do? Do I have to pay for the reactivation of my license key?
I’m working +3 years with the theme “GeneratePress” and I’ve never had any problems…
But yesterday I always get the error:
‘Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response’
I tried to solve that, but I couldn’t …
Maybe there is something wrong with my permalinks?

Hello,
I have tried that already, but there is still some default code in a new page… My custom file is a complete HTML document. (so: starting with <!DOCTYPE> and ending with </HTML>.
When I paste my customized page into the Gutenberg Editor, then I see 2 <!DOCTYPES> decarations and a whole bunch of other code that is NOT in my customized page…
PLease, give me some information on how to paste a customized page into the Gutenberg Editor.
PS: I use the “Custom HTML” – block and there I paste my complete customized HTML page…
And what bothers me most: all the links on my home page don’t work… I don’t get an error code, but I only see a white blank screen…

Thanks for your answer. I only have 1 unit with “unit type = Category”, and this is the only one that works… All my other units (132) have a unit of “Product Search”, and these don’t work.
But now I see that there may be an issue with my subscription. I think it’s expired. Maybe that’s the reason…
If so, then I really regret that I never received a message for an extension. 80% of my website is based on using the “Auto Amazon Links Pro”.
But I’ll wait for confirmation that this is the cause, and then I’ll pay for that extension immediately. I left a message on ‘support’ yesterday, but haven’t received an email back yet… (+20h)
