If you look at http://www.polyliving.net/forum, you will see the navigation I want. The text is an off grey. When you hover it highlights in maroon and text is white. When selected it is boxed in maroon with white text. If there is a sub menu it has a grey background matching the nav bar with same text color setup.

polyliving.net has white text that turns grey when hovered over. Drop down menus have a white background with gray text.

I’m trying to create a uniform color combinations and look between the forum and the main site, with the forum color combinations as the template.

Checked all my code. Cleared cache. Restarted computer. Still looks like this in all my browsers.

Ponder this while I clear all the cache again and try again.

I cleared the cache and added the code. I’ve tried three different browsers to be sure.

Thoughts?

Did it. Didn’t even realize the search bar was missing! Now it it back. But everything seems off center from before. The nav bar is way to the left and search is way to the right. What now?

From the comment marker to the import command is already there with Theme URI, Author, and Author URI modified for Poly Living. I added the code from body on to my child theme.

Yeah I figured out I left out the Child Theme Name info. Got that fixed. But your saying I need to create a new file called header.php and paste in the info from th pastebin page, then load it up to my Child Theme directory?
