In reply to: [Quiz Builder for WooCommerce - Product Recommendations] Linked ProductsAs mentioned before, our plugin can only sync products and categories/tags from your store. We cannot create new categories(groups) of products within the app.
If you want to link groups of products to some choices at once, you will have to:
1) Create these categories/tags of products in WooCommerce first (they can be hidden categories, not visible in your online store), then
2) sync them with the app (https://revenuehunt.com/faqs/products-collections-not-showing-choices-dropdown/) and
3) link these new tags/categories of products to choices in the quiz via the Link Categories tab.
Hope this clears things up!
The screenshot sent does not seem to be of any settings section inside our app and I’m not sure what it does.

Hi Eriwn, thanks for reaching out. If I understand correctly, you’re trying to embed the quiz inline with the home page? If that’s the case, you should generate the Inline Quiz code from the app’s Share > Inline tab and paste it inside an HTML block on your home page. Please take a look at it with your developer. It can be that it’s also another plugin (like WPML or cookies plugin) that interferes with your API, so you may try disabling it and then trying to grant access again.

There’s no direct “share results to social media” button available within the app yet. However, there are some options:
- Every time the customer reaches the results page, you can send them an automatic follow-up email with a direct link to their individual response. You can use that link to ask them to share it on social. Here’s how to activate the Notification emails: https://revenuehunt.com/faqs/sending-results-to-customers-email/
- Your developer can add your own Share to… button within a results page with a bit of custom HTML/JavaScript. We made it very easy for developers to add custom functionalities to the app. Here’s more information: https://revenuehunt.com/faqs/custom-javascript-code/

Thanks for reaching out. If you’ve recently deleted the product you may need to run a product sync from the dashboard. Here’s how to do that: https://revenuehunt.com/faqs/products-collections-not-showing-choices-dropdown/
In about 30-60 minutes from launching your whole product catalog will be updated. Then, the deleted product will not show up anymore.
If you still see it after the sync you may need to clear your browser’s cache (you may be seeing an older cached version of the quiz).
In future cases, you can simply turn off the “show unavailable products” setting in the Results Page settings: https://revenuehunt.com/faqs/dont-show-out-of-stock-products/

Thanks for reaching out. All the features of our app are available on a Free plan. It seems that your catalog may have been syncing, which is why the Link Products tab was temporarily greyed out. I just checked it and the tab is available already. In case it’s still greyed out on your end please try hard refreshing the page with ctrl(command)+shift+R or clearing your browser’s cache, closing all windows, and logging in again.
