Thas okay, I have created a duplicate of the form, publishing it on a different page, therefore it behaves like a new form with unique id. I have replaced field names with different ones myself. Quess I have nothing left to do than to wait till you release support for html.

As far as I am awre, multi-step form only divides contact form 7 to multiple pages. if one make a form, it will be still created in contact form 7…

I have created a simple form with each field for you to check it out:

I created a new page in same language as are the other forms. It may indeed be the issue, that polylang plugin is somehow not working properly with contact forms plugins. As for this forms, radio buttons are working but not the image. Iam providing image and code for the last missing part.

Its a shame you can’t copy hompage. On the other hand, I created almost the same homepage using html option in builder.
