I run a number of websites for a customers who uses izettle pos which they find great but the website all have integrated woocommerce stores which function very well. They asked me to look in to linking their online presence stores with izettle. It is a great shame at the present time I must advise them that is not a practical solution.

All woocommerce users need is a simple plugin to connect woocommerce to the izettle pos. We would be happy to pay a small fee for this but not a monthly charge of £29 pm and loss of our woocommerce usage.

I have found a solution that seems to work in the short term if you have wp 4.7 installed.

Download the plugin User Role Editor

go to users roles change editor role for new ticker complete all roles as suggested above.

The news ticker will then reappear in the left menu and you can then deactivate the User Role Editor

I have tried this method, but with no joy after uploading the plugin members and activating it I was unable to find roles under the user tab. Is there any other way of gaing access to the plugin so that I can update my news feed.
