Try deactivating the plugin YouTube Embed Plus, that might be causing some conflict.
Hi, did you put the following CSS to fix it?
.yrc-lightbox .yrc-player { margin-top: 20% !important; }It’s working fine for me in mobile, but the player is moving down the screen in laptop.

Can you ask your web host to turn PHP errors on? That’d show nice error messages.Did you check the Delete countdowns checkbox?

In reply to: [Waiting: One-click countdowns] Saving button not workingHi, see in the browser’s console tab if there’s any errors when you click on Save. Pres CTRL+Shift+I in Waiting page to go to console.
If you uninstall, you have to check the Delete countdowns checkbox in On Uninstall section of Waiting page. It’ll clean the database along with corrupted data ( if any ).
