I Still don’t know how to upload a video so that it plays in the player. I have got the correct plugin and the video files are in .flv format but I still can’t get it to play them in the player.

I converted it to flv but when I try and play te file it downloads it and plays it in realplayer. I want it to play on the site page in a player so you can start/stop it.
What do I need to do to get it to play on the site in a player?
