Make sure you install version 1.1 of the plugin. In default form the signups are emailed to the admin email address of you WordPress installation.
In version 1.1 you cannot position the box in the middle of the page. This will be available in the next version of this plugin.
Sorry! We had made a mistake in coding and it pointed the templates into wrong location. We fixed it in version 1.01. Simply updating your plugin should work, but if it doesn’t then delete the plugin and reinstall. Thank you for feedback!
