Thanks Ulrich – it still didn’t work but after a lot of fiddling I managed to get most of the data in.
One persistent issue though is that in WP_CRM I have two fields – Type and Sub-Type as dropdowns. The CSV has imported and the column names matched the DB but the data is not visible. Checking PHPmyadmin though I can see the meta data has been imported so where can it be viewed in the WP UI?
