Look for .htaaccess file in wp-includes folder, then get rid of it.
It was there to set memory limit, no idea why or how it got there.
Hope someone finds the information here usefull.

In reply to: Add New Page Broken – Everything appears out of placeAlso, this seems to be a recurring problem, threads are littered all over, there seems to be no clear reason why this is happening.
Anyway, I thought, that in interim, I’ll try something else. WPEdit didnt work, FCKeditor, CKEeditor, all faced same issues as TinyMCE/default as mentioned above.
Only Foliopress is working.
I hope this bit of info can help diagnose the problem.

In debug I’m getting the following note:
Notice: Constant WP_MEMORY_LIMIT already defined in /home/~~~/public_html/wp-config.php on line 15The post page still looking same as in the OP.

Yes, all plugins disabled, refreshed browser [chrome], opened and checked in another browser [fireox].
Also, I tried enabling SCRIPT_DEBUG, things got weirder.

I changed to Twenty Fourteen, still it’s the same problem in the admin page.
