Ok, we have figured out the issue. It turns out that since we use Paypal for our checkout, the customer MUST return to my website after the Paypal payment has been made. Otherwise, no email notification is sent to me. I have to instruct people to return to the website after payment in order to receive a notification.
Thank you VERY MUCH Alexey for all your help with this. This is the best support I’ve received from any company I’ve dealt with. Alexey was fast to respond and made a huge effort to identify this problem.

I have only what i described above. 2 messages total. Both are order summaries. One was sent to me, the other was sent to the customer (both orders were from different people).

I got 2 orders yesterday. I got a notification on one of them but not with the other. When I check the log, it shows that one of the confirmation emails was sent to me and the other was sent to the person that made the order. So i would assume that sometimes Ready! is sending the email notification to the customer and sometimes to me. Please let me know how I can fix this or if it’s something you have to do.

Yes, the store email option has been set correctly since Day 1. As I mentioned, sometimes I get notifications, sometimes I don’t.

I have also received email correspondence from you.
Please, we have to fix this. I got 2 more orders last night and neither one of them gave me an email notification. However, I got 3 orders yesterday morning and received email notifications for all of them. It’s very strange.Forum: Plugins

I tried sending the link to my website through the contact form but when I hit the Submit button, the little circle underneath it just keeps spinning. I filled out all fields as well.
