In reply to: [Content Blocks (Custom Post Widget)] Not compatible with Site builderThanks for the quick reply !
I should have added I’m talking about the top popular Site builder from SiteOrgin (700’000+ installs) which accepts any other widget or shortcode I try. This plugin is also free and wrapped is a couple of popular themes.
The issue was due to an unidentified issue with the multisite install, maybe because 2 sites was both assigned to EN language. I started over from crash and everything is working now.
Sorry for the trouble and thank you very much for the good work and your help 🙂
I checked again carefully but what ever I do, I’ve always only site #1 available as translation target (if MLS enabled on it). If I set site #1 to be the only one excluded from MLS, then there will be on all sites the error message “You must have at least…”
Rather than posting only the link and screenshots, to make the things as easy as possible, I just sent you via PM on your Facebook account all URLs and login access to allow you to check by yourself (if you can, of course).
Sorry, no, this doesn’t fix the issue.
I should have said that before opening en issue, I have first follow all threads about this error message and tried to apply all proposed fixes, including saving again and again all sites’ plugin options with the same (and still unique) user “admin”.
Thanks for your replay.
To resume my case: none of the site chain can find site of other language and activated when site 1 is set to off (site 1 must be activated or nothing work).
in details, when site 1 is set with “Exclude this blog from output” checked, all others site give the error “You should define at least another blog in a different language…” even if they are all activated with a different language (they have all the same check box unchecked).
It seems thus the plugin is not able to find any activated site as soon as site 1 is not activated. What else could cause the issue?
Hoping you ca get the point… thanks!
p.s.1 the installation include the WordPress MU Domain Mapping
p.s.2 Sites are set with site 1 => /, site 2 => /fr, site 3 => /de, site 4 => /it and site 5 => /en
