Wordmax, would you mind telling me if you ever found a good solution for limiting User Roles in a WP/Woo store, so employees can only see orders? That topic you created is locked now since 2 years ago. The “User Role Editor” plugin doesn’t seem to easily adapt to this, but you do mention it? Thanks.
EDIT on second look at User Role Editor I think this might work, but some reviews warn of Admin lockout if not careful. Will have my developer install…unless you have a warning? Thanks.

Thank you for the info and tutorial link.
But I still have the question of whether it breaks any rules with maybe Stripe or the Credit card companies to have it listed as downloadable, since that PDF they are getting is really just part of receipt, and the actual product is physically mailed? Or do they likely not care, or would never even notice?

I take it from this response that same method would work for our site where users can choose up to 20 art/text items for a t shirt. We will be using product add-ons plugin also, and will need the csv export to include these 20 extra fields.
Does this sound easy to do? Thanks.

Do you have “Stop rewriting rules on every load” turned ON in Ultimate member -> settings -> Advanced ? If so try setting it to “off”.
