I would be interested by the last line of the option panel. Should be like :
WP MediaTagger 4.0 | PHP 5.3.16 | MySQL 5.1.66-0+squeeze1-log | GD Lib bundled (2.0.34 compatible)

In reply to: [WP MediaTagger] Version 4.0 Beta availableI found the root cause and corrected – negative logic not properly processed…
The new development version should fix it. Install, and (very important) : check the “Optimize thumbnail transfer” is set to NO.
Most probably you don’t have the required library installed on your server, this feature should therefore be disabled.

In reply to: [WP MediaTagger] Version 4.0 Beta availableStay on ‘no’, it will make the things a bit easier.
I identified the issue on your page, but have now to investigate to understand why is the thumbnail URL malformed.
Referring to my site, it should look like :
On your page it’s
./tagged photos Old House Dreams_files/thumbnail.php
I strongly suspect the spaces are the issue. Usually never use space in directory or filename in order to avoid this kind of trouble. Parsers get confused easily.
