Make sure to go into your wordpress blogs under SETTINGS->WRITING and check the box that says:
“XML-RPC Enable the WordPress, Movable Type, MetaWeblog and Blogger XML-RPC publishing protocols.”
If you’re getting invalid username/password, this may be the problem.
