In reply to: [Bulk Media Register] Register 2000+ filesNever mind, I figured it out.
I seem to be stuck in never never land. My error was different than the one discussed by Marcus here https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo/issues/15072, but my problem was associated with this one and closed. I’m still getting this error. Can someone please help?
Thanks, I have posted here – https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo/issues/15573 I have also alerted the Events Manager support.
Yoast has identified this as a bug. Here is my original ticket with Yoast.
I in turn posted an issue on Yoast’s git hub here:
If you follow my testing it is only down to Yoast and Event Manager. I already eliminated all other plugins. Also, it wasn’t until I updated Yoast did the date picker stop working. Again, deactivating yoast allows the date picker function work, activating it makes it break.
1. Can you confirm you are using latest version of the Events Manager plugin?
yes, 5.9.7.3
4. When you activate the Yoast SEO, are you seeing any JavaScript errors in your browser console? If you see any, can you paste the error in your response so we can check if they are related?
With Yoast enabled, and when I click on a date, the screen shows – There has been a critical error on your website.
in Console, I get:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)
https://www.coloradocountrylife.coop/events/2020-06-28/?limitDevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not load content for chrome-extension://bbcinlkgjjkejfdpemiealijmmooekmp/sourcemaps/onloadwff.js.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME
If I deactivate Yoast, the date picker works and I get the following in Console:
DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not load content for chrome-extension://bbcinlkgjjkejfdpemiealijmmooekmp/sourcemaps/onloadwff.js.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME

2. Are all your non-Yoast plugins and themes also updated?
I updated ALL plugins
3. Can you confirm you are using WordPress 5.4.2?.
Yes
I spent all day trying to get that plugin to work, deleted it and deactivated plugins one by one until I found the plugin causing the issue. It was Yoast Version 14.4.1. When deactivated, your plugin works. Now what? I need to keep Yoast.
