It worked. I modified the headers in the CSV document and then imported them as meta data.
Meta:_wc_mmax_prd_opt_enable
Meta:_wc_mmax_min
Meta:_wc_mmax_max
Meta:_wc_mmax_increment
Every field is now filled correctly and I no longer have to do it manually.
I have completely removed the prices so this question can be closed.
