Yes, well Elegant Themes have been entirely useless (und unsympathetic) in addressing the problem.
1. The problem of missing Thumbnails has cleared up. They’re all there this morning.
2. As you suggest the V2.26 upgrade has fixed the Video issue.Thanks, again

Yes, I was using Masonry but had changed to RJG.

YESSSSS! This has fixed (most of) a problem I have had since yesterday. The photos now display as previously on the webpage BUT selecting the newer albums does not show a thumbnail as it (still) does for albums created last week and earlier. It just shows the directory name and the # of photos in it.
Do you have another little tweek to bring up the thumbnail?

I confirm that after selecting Collection, Album or individual photo in the “Pick your album” screen, I had the screen about shortcode which I ignored and pressed “next”, then only the moving dots.
F12 doesn’t include any mention of “error”.
I have screen shots of those stages if they would help?
