In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Subs color not changingHi Seeyar,
Are you still having issues with this as it seems that the links are all the same as the main ones, is this correct?
If not, please let me know what colour they should be and please send me a wordpress admin login.
Many thanks
Peter

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Not able to display Sub menusHi Shanthini,
It seems that your menu system is using some sort of custom menu with it’s own custom classes and as such appears to be incompatible with my plugin.
I will see if there is anything I can do to deal with this issue in the new version but at this moment I’m not sure if it will be possible.
Many thanks
Peter
Hi Justin,
Thanks for your ticket submission.
The ability to use a custom trigger will be added to the next version of the plugin.
In regards the baseline of the menu button, you can certainly overwrite that using the style.css them file.
I am marking this topic as resolved as the solution will be released in the new plugin version hopefully out early next year.
Many thanks

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Menu does not show upHi directaction,
Apologies but I’m going to have to ask you to open a new support request for this as I don’t generally look at posts once they are marked as resolved.
As this was someone elses issue which has been solved, please open a new one with more precise instructions and I will take a look for you.
Many thanks
Peter

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Menu Icon PositionHi Rupert,
Using the shortcode requires specific CSS as you have mentioned to be added to a users style.css file in their theme folder.
Unfortunately, I can’t know all the cases that a user will require the menu to be used in, however it is easily customisable using theme css files.
Many thanks

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Nothing inside the menuHi Jack,
Yours seems to be a different issue. You have some CSS hiding the class “menu-main-nav-menu-container”, please remove this or choose another identifier and it will show up perfectly.
Many thanks
Peter
Hi mrrl,
That’s great news, glad you managed to fix it without help, great work!

In reply to: [Responsive Menu - Create Mobile-Friendly Menu] Main menu IDHi Balazs,
You will need to look in the source code for your site using firebug or other element inspector or by simply right clicking and click “View source”.
If you need any further help please let me know.
Many thanks
Peter
Hi jimiqueleiz,
I would suggest editing the styles.css file in your theme folder.
Firstly, tick the “remove !important tags” option then make sure you include the !important tag when overriding styles and it should take presedence for you.
Many thanks
Peter
Hi moxy,
Thanks for this, however I will also require the FTP and database login details so I can take a look at fixing this for you.
Many thanks
Peter
Hi moxyinc,
Please provide me with WordPress admin and ftp details as nobody who is having this issue has provided them to me so I haven’t been able to debug it as yet.
If you can provide these then I will get it fixed.
Many thanks

In reply to: [My Testimonials] ScreenshotsHi Phil,
Please read the description and the sticky support post.
This is just a personal project for me for a few of my sites and it’s easier for me to hold it in the repository so I can keep track of it and push any updates to here (a bit like github).
Therefore unfortunately there will be no screenshots, support etc. at least for the time being.
Many thanks
Peter
Hi Aman,
That’s perfect, the main thing is you have it working as you would like.
Anymore questions let me know!
Many thanks
Peter
Hi mrrl,
If only it were that easy! You never know someone might have some suggestions but it’s much easier to know when you can see/debug the site.
Let me know once its live and ill take a look for you.
Many thanks
Peter
