My installation of wordpress 3.3.1 is new, without installed plugins.
I have discovered that if my first plugin installed is uijcountown this not work correctly, it is not displayed in the page. If I install another plugin that uses jquery and i insert it also in the page, the uijcountdown starts to work correctly. If i remove the second plugin from the page, the uijcountdown continues to work correctly
