As far as I know there is no PeepSo -> BuddyPress migration plugin. And that’d be the thing to have. We’ve been able to create a BP -> PeepSo Migrator so it’s not a problem to do it the other way around. But, yes. Someone would need to create it first.
As for the website, it seems it’s all up and running, perhaps our firewall blocked your IP?

No, sorry. There might be 3rd party plugins that send notifications when someone registers, but PeepSo doesn’t do that. Sorry.
To be honest, personally I don’t see the point of even having that as an option. I pretty much consider this ‘spam’. Sending an email to an admin about every single registration is not really, uhm… great.
As for technical reasons, for example many shared hostings (if not all of them) have set limits on the amount of emails that can be sent in an hour/day/month. Every single email that comes out of your website counts. With every single registration that’s one more email that needs to be sent to an admin (or admins if all should be notified). One email doesn’t seem like a lot, but if you combine it with all the other notification emails that can come out of PeepSo itself (not to mention others sent from your site) might just be enough to hit the limit.
When that happens, no email will go out of your website, no new user registration confirmation links etc.
We’re trying to conserve as much server and site resources as possible, taking into account some inexperienced users who might not even be aware of limitations like the one I mentioned above.
There’s a bunch more reasons that I could list here, but I think it’s rather understandable why we won’t be doing that. I hope that explains it.

WordPress out of the box, natively, does NOT support sites that are multilingual. Meaning, you can have a site in French, German, Polish or other language. But it’s not possible to have a site both in German and French and Polish.
There are plugins that add that possibility, though. There are plenty to choose from and each one has a different way of approaching the the problem of creating a multilingual WordPress site.
One of the plugins, for example: WPML (which you mentioned) to integrate with other plugins like WooCommerce etc needed to create a bridge plugin between WPML and WooCommerce in order for WooCommerce to work with WPML.
Having that said, PeepSo does support translations. However, since WordPress itself does not support multilingual sites, neither does PeepSo. For PeepSo to work with WPML, they would have to create a bridge that would ‘connect’ PeepSo and WPML for the multilingual site to work. Unfortunately, there is no such integration available at this time.

Yea, you’ve probably got the ‘Enable Account Verification’ setting turned ON. Please deactivate it.

Setting “Enable Account Verification” to YES will send verification emails to new users when they Register. An Administrator will then need to approve the user before they can use the site. On approval, users will receive another email letting them know they can use the site.Setting “Enable Account Verification” to NO, users will be automatically validated upon registration and can use the site immediately.

Multisites are a huge topic. I’ve added it to the roadmap for PeepSo 2.2 version. However, please note that the roadmap is not set in stone. Unfortunately, I can’t give you the exact deadline on the topic, as it’s way too soon to even be thinking about that feature yet. We’ve got a lot to finish first before tackling multisites.

Sorry but the scope of our support doesn’t really cover custom modifications, I’d advise contacting a 3rd party dev about this. Preferably to be done in a form of a plugin – if possible, that way if there are no changes to the core, you won’t have to apply the hacks after each upgrade.

That’s custom coding and I’m sorry but the scope of our support doesn’t cover that. We will however add that functionality in the future.
