    Thanks for the reply Jason.

    The audio files have the download disabled so people can only stream them but thanks for the heads up as I double-checked 🙂

    I tried the method you suggested before. I added the google drive link in the URL but on testing it, when I select the link, nothing happens. This is what caused my confusion in the first place and hence posting on here.

    I will check the service you suggested.

    I managed to resolve this by adding the link to the audio files in the purchase note.

    Just in case anyone else has this problem.

    Hi

    Yes it was resolved by updating the php version.

    I had the correct version on my test server from one hosting provider but my client’s hosting provider did not have that version as default and so I upgraded.
