this is what is on line 118:
$type = $this->is_binary($contents) ? FTP_BINARY : FTP_ASCII;
I would love to be able to use the automatic plugin upgrader. It used to work for me.
Also, I just found that comments doesn’t quite work right either. The comment goes through, but it first goes to a weird error page.
