Hmmm…thanks for responding. I guess maybe it could be the theme, but I don’t have any way of knowing for sure. One thing I did notice was that the logs are tied to the E-mail To address. When there is an address the logs come up after form submission, but there is no email address in that field, then the logs don’t appear.
